Houses built in full view.
We build with our own crew and send photos from your site every week, so you always know what your money has built.
Three houses,
three stages.
The same crew that pours your footings finishes your ceiling. Below is where each house stands today — not a stock photo, not a render.
Ground-floor block walls are laid and the second-floor slab is formed and tied. The pour comes next.

Plans, permits
and the build itself.
Hire us for the whole house or for one part of it. Either way you get one point of contact and one schedule to hold us to.
Design & perspective views
Floor plans drawn around how your family actually lives, then rendered so you can see the house from the street before we break ground. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra.
New house construction
Bungalows to two-storey homes, built by our own crew — excavation, footings, columns, slab, block walls, roofing. Materials arrive in your name and stay accounted for.
Finishing & fit-out
Ceiling, tiles, painting, cabinets, railings, doors and windows. This is the stage you touch every day, so it gets the most careful hands on the team.
Renovation & extensions
Adding a room, opening up a kitchen, redoing a roof, or finishing a house someone else left unfinished. We survey first and quote from what is actually there.
The bar you'll see
on every update.
Every project on this site carries the same five-stage bar. It tells you where the house stands and what the crew does next — the same language we use for scheduling and billing.
Site & foundation
Layout, excavation, footings and column bars. Quiet work that decides everything above it.
Structure
Columns, beams, slabs and block walls. The house takes its shape and its height.
Roofing
Trusses, roof sheets, fascia and gutters. Once it is dry inside, finishing can start.
Finishes
Plaster, ceiling, tiles, paint, doors, windows, cabinets and fixtures.
Turnover
Punch list, clean-up, testing, keys and documents. We fix the small things before you move in.
Tell us about your lot.
Send the location, the lot area and roughly what you want on it. You will get a plan direction and a realistic budget range — no charge for the first conversation.
