Three houses currently in our hands, each shown at the stage it is actually in. Every project pairs the perspective view we drew with the photo the crew sent this week.

Project MAV

A two-storey family home on a corner lot, with a covered carport for two and a deep front balcony. Right now it is rebar, blocks and bamboo scaffolding — the honest middle of a build.

Project CA&D

A compact bungalow with a bold cantilevered roof plane and a shaded entry. The shell is closed, so the crew has moved indoors — ceiling boards, tiles, and getting the openings ready for glass.

Project MKV

A two-storey house facing open cane fields, now in its last weeks. Exterior paint is on, the stair rail is fixed, the TV wall and cabinets are hung — what is left is the punch list.
